4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bigo4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account operation, including — but not limited to — prior to processing a withdrawal request, when account activity triggers our fraud detection systems, or when required under applicable compliance obligations. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in persistent cases, account closure.

6.1 Deposits

Bigo4D accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency methods including USDT and BTC. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the bigo4d account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 6.2 Withdrawals

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of Bigo4D.

All third-party game content available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and content providers. Bigo4D does not claim ownership over third-party content and all such content is used under licence.

Bigo4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. We will endeavour to maintain service availability and resolve technical issues promptly, but we do not accept liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure).

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting markets on the Platform at your own risk. Bigo4D is not liable for any financial losses incurred through legitimate gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.

11.1 Suspension by Bigo4D

Bigo4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
